Obligations of the breeder
1. I do hereby agree that the puppy/dog,the subject of this contract shall have been administered his/her initial vaccination / microchip & vet check by a qualified vetranarian & that I shall supply to the purchaser a vaccination certificate aswell as m/chip forms upon collection.
2. The puppy/dog,subject of this contract shall be registered upon receipt by myself on the terms agreed on by me the breeder & also the new owner.
3. I shall supply to the purchaser a diet sheet upon collection of the puppy/dog.
4.The puppy/dog the subject of this contract shall have been administered regular worming as & when nessasary from birth 2,4,6,8 weeks of age.
5.Extreme care has been taken through selectively breeding to produce the best possible example of this breed in health & conformation also colour.some brindle may come through the coat at any given time.Although we strive to minimise this. However NO GUARENTEE is provided.
6. I am happy to hold your puppy /dog longer if nessasary however a cost a $10 per day will be incurred. any vet costs that may arrise is the responsibility of the owner.your puppy will be provided the upmost care and love.
7.I will provide the purchaser with copies of sire & dams HC & L2-HGA certificates.
8."no responsibility will be taken once leaving our premises,nothing will be refunded or returned.

Obligations of the purchaser
1.You as the new owner of a platinumblue puppy/dog you must take proper care making sure puppy/dog is in good health at all times.Any puppy/dog can suffer health problems at anytime.so you may want to concider taking out pet insurance.
2.If at ANYTIME your puppy/dog is to be sold for any reason,platinumblue must be 1st contacted and offered back to platinumblue (as to protect our pups/dogs from ending up in the wrong hands) we must also be informed of potential new owners.
3.I as the purchaser of a platinumblue puppy/dog i agree to inform the breeder of my plans to spay/neuter the puppy/dog(breeder will/will not allow this operation to take place it will remain the decision of the breeder.unless stated on sales terms particulars.
4.I as the purchaser will provide regular updates on the progress/pictures of the puppy/dog.
5.platinumblue as the breeder reserve the right to refuse sale of the puppy/dog at anytime.
6.I as the purchaser understand that the breeder can not be held responsible for the puppy/dog once leaving the premises.
